How can I track sales leads?

SalesWings makes it easy for teams to track their sales leads, notably in the following ways:

  • Marketing Teams can simply integrate SalesWings with numerous leading email marketing tools such as Mailchimp or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, to smartly qualify leads before handing them to sales.
  • Sales Development Teams (SDR) can track their prospects by integrating with Outbound Sales Tools such as Reply.io, or through their daily outreach emails with Gmail or MS Outlook.
  • SalesWings also offers the world's first and only LinkedIn message tracking tool for Sales reps and Business Development reps, in order to identify when LinkedIn prospects visit your website after sending them a message or Inmail.
  • Inbound Marketing Teams can add SalesWings tracking to practically track any inbound or sign-up form such as Unbounce, in order to start the tracking when they fill in a form.

The essential tracking is the means to analyze their current and past website visits and build a predictive lead score in real-time. Lastly we will monitor future website visits, no matter how they arrive on your website.

How is SalesWings tracking different from my Newsletter tracking?

SalesWings goes far beyond simple click tracking or page visit tracking. When a marketing lead clicks in your newsletter and visits your site, SalesWings will show you in real-time the following:

  • Past website visits: As we track website visitors anonymously around the clock, we will be able to show you when they have visited in the past, before clicking in your newsletter. We'll show you when leads visited your website and what they were most interested in on your site.
  • Predictive Lead Score and Lead Qualification: After clicking in your newsletter, SalesWings will analyze your leads current and past website visit using predictive analytics, and identify the top 5 to 15% sales leads based on their likeliness to purchase. This leads to an accurate lead qualification, aligns your marketing team with sales, and ensures a seamless follow-up of your sales team after your marketing campaigns - reaching the hottest leads.
  • Future Website Visits: Using our tracking script and cookie tracking on your website, SalesWings will act as a radar and even show you future website visits of your sales leads - no matter how they arrive to your website.

All data can be accessed in real-time on our cockpit, or through our lead scoring add-on for Salesforce, or any other CRM using our API.
