Behavioural Profile
A behavioural profile is the accumulated record of how a lead or account has interacted with a company over time. It can include website activity, content engagement, form submissions, email interactions and other first-party events, with the aim of giving sales and marketing a clearer picture of current interests and engagement.

A behavioural profile is more than an activity log
Raw event history can quickly become noisy. A useful profile makes the activity interpretable by showing things such as recency, repeated interest in a topic, score changes or activity across several contacts at the same account.
Anonymous and known profiles are different
An anonymous browser can accumulate first-party activity without the company knowing who the person is. When an identification event later makes that visitor known, relevant historical activity can be associated with the CRM record. That is different from identifying an anonymous person from their behaviour alone.
Behavioural profile vs behavioural timeline
A timeline emphasises chronology: what happened and in what order. A profile is the wider interpretation of activity over time, such as which topics appear important, whether engagement is increasing and how the behaviour relates to the account or CRM record. The same underlying events can support both views.
How SalesWings uses behavioural profiles
SalesWings can use first-party activity to support scoring, tagging, account insights and sales context inside Salesforce. Reps can then use the profile to understand why a lead or account is being prioritised rather than relying only on a score.
See SalesWings Interactions for the first-party behavioural layer, and Behavioural Timeline for the chronological view.
Turn buyer behaviour into Salesforce intelligence
SalesWings helps teams capture first-party behavioural data, score leads and accounts, trigger actions, and surface revenue intelligence inside Salesforce.
