Salesforce Dashboards
Salesforce Dashboards are visual collections of charts and metrics built from Salesforce reports. They are designed to help users monitor CRM data at a glance, such as pipeline, campaign performance, lead quality or other operational metrics relevant to a team.

The dashboard is only as trustworthy as the reports underneath it
A dashboard component summarises a source report. If the report uses the wrong filters, incomplete relationships or inconsistent field values, the visual can still look convincing while reporting the wrong thing. For that reason, dashboard QA starts with the report and data model rather than the chart design.
Useful dashboards answer a specific operational question
A sales manager might need to see pipeline by stage and owner. Marketing operations might need campaign-to-pipeline reporting or lead-quality trends. A dashboard that mixes too many unrelated KPIs can make it harder to see what action should follow from the data.
SalesWings data can be reported through Salesforce
SalesWings can bring scores, grades, behavioural context and other fields into Salesforce. Once those values are available in the CRM, teams can use Salesforce reports and dashboards to analyse distributions, campaign quality or other outcomes alongside standard CRM data.
Dashboards vs reports
Reports are the detailed, filterable data views. Dashboards are the visual layer built from those reports. When a dashboard number looks wrong, the report is usually the first place to investigate.
